Four Twin Palm Secondary School pupils have been committed to the High Court for trial over the death of a Kabulonga Secondary School pupil Ryan Phiri.
17-year-old Ryan, who was in grade 12, died on December 4, last year after allegedly being beaten by the four pupils from Twin Palm Secondary School.
Three of the accused are juveniles while one is Elvis Nsokolo, 19, of plot 51, Sable Road, Kabulonga.
Magistrate Nsunge Chanda committed the four to the High Court following instructions received from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
The magistrate informed the accused that they will appear in the High Court at the next criminal session on a date to be advised.
