Bus drivers file civil lawsuit against UPND inclined drivers

Bus drivers who operate from Kulima Tower Bus Station in the capital Lusaka have filed a civil lawsuit against suspected United Party for National Development(UPND) inclined bus drivers who allegedly chased them from the station after the August 12 general elections.

The bus drivers claim that suspected UPND sympathizers banished them from the station for allegedly supporting former governing party PF.

Ernest Chansa and three other plaintiffs representing testified this morning before resident magistrate Alice Walusiku that the suspected UPND cadres told them to leave the station because it is now time for the new governing party cadres to take over the premises.
