The IMF Managing Director KRISTALINA GEORGIEVA and US Treasury Secretary JANET YELLEN’s high-level visits will be advantageous to the nation, according to the Public Private Dialogue Forum (PPD).
The visit by Ms. GEORGIEVA, according to PPDF Acting Director General ROSETA CHABALA, validates Zambia’s economic recovery strategy.
Ms. CHABALA claimed in an interview with ZNBC News in Lusaka today that the country is moving in the right direction after being accepted into an IMF program.
The trips, according to her, will improve her organization’s interactions with the private sector.
