Job Description
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Ordinary level plus related experience or training; or
- equivalent combination of education and experience
Desirable Qualifications and Experience: - 3-year National Diploma in Health Sciences (completed) or Studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree (3rd year and above) in a discipline related to Health Science, Geography, Science or related field.
- 6 months’ field experience with questionnaires and survey data
- 6 months’ experience with health care surveys or demographic surveys.
- Experience using tablets to collect survey data a plus
- Good time management skills and ability to determine priorities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Desire to work in fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
- Ability to learn and competently use internally developed applications and technology
- Capture all receipts and log sheets for teams in the filed for expenses
- Ability to learn and competently use internally developed applications and technology
- Capture all receipts and log sheets for teams in the filed for expenses
- Ensure all teams are submitting their weekly costs for operations, fuel, toll gate fees, pontoon fees and tour guide fees.
- Ensure all receipts and expenses are forwarded to main office finance team
- Receive money weekly for project expenses and distribute to lab assessment teams as required.
- Conduct regular data editing and updates as required, and account back to finance
