The Kitwe City Council has started a project to rate companies that sell food as part of its evaluation process.
According to Council Director of Public Health RODNEY BANDA, the public will be able to see the grades attained by a specific company on the premises.
According to Mr. BANDA, the goal is to make it simple for the general public to tell which stores are compliant and which ones are NOT.
Mr. BANDA, meanwhile, has expressed satisfaction with a number of eateries that are open in the City.
He claimed that after an inspection, it was found that the majority of them were obeying the health regulations.
