Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba claims that an organized gang is after him.

According to Paul Pogba of the BBC, an organized gang has threatened and demanded money from him.

The Juventus and France midfielder said in a statement released on Sunday through his attorneys that the incident had been reported to the police.

French police, according to AFP, have launched an inquiry, according to a source.

In the past, Mathias Pogba uploaded films on the internet with the promise of disclosing “major disclosures” about the footballer.

Without providing any additional information, Mathias Pogba stated that the material was likely to be “explosive.”

“They are in addition to threats and extortion attempts by an organised gang against Paul Pogba,” read the statement.

“The competent bodies in Italy and France were informed a month ago and there will be no further comments in relation to the ongoing investigation.”

Pogba, a World Cup champion with France in 2018, left Manchester United this summer and joined Juventus on a free transfer.

The “whole world, as well as my brother’s fans, and even more so the French team and Juventus, my brother’s team-mates, and his sponsors ought to know some things,” stated Matthias Pogba in one of his films.

Rafaela Pimenta, Pogba’s agent, would also be a part of the discoveries, he claimed.
