Bowman Lusambo, a former KABUSHI member of parliament, did not appear for questioning by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
Following his summons on 25th august, Mr. LUSAMBO was expected to appear at the ACC Headquarters in LUSAKA yesterday afternoon.
The former KABUSHI MP, however, was unable to attend because he is allegedly no longer in LUSAKA.
The media has been informed by ACC Public Relations Manager Timothy Moono that Mr. LUSAMBO’s attorney from MAKEBI ZULU and Company has confirmed his absence.
Mr. MOONO added that Mr. LUSAMBO’s attorneys agreed to appear on his behalf before the ACC on Tuesday of the following week at around 9:00 a.m.
According to him, Mr. LUSAMBO is the subject of an ACC investigation on several claims.
