Micho recalls Mulenga and Shonga as he names 26-man squad
Chipolopolo coach Milutin Sredojevic has released a provisional 26-man squad to face Botswana in the back-to-back 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The team has seen the return of Chipolopolo strikers Justin Shonga and Augustine Mulenga who are both struggling with form. Missing from the squad is Tanzania-based Cletus Chama and South African based goalkeeper Mwenya Chibwe.
Micho has also summoned Fashion Sakala, Enock Mwepu, Lubambo Musonda and Klings Kangwa, among other foreign-based players. Zambia will face Botswana at home on November 12 in a must-win AFCON qualifier, before facing the Zebras away four days later.
Zambia is bottom of group H, with Zero points, having played two games.
