Mike Mposha, a Munali member of parliament, has urged Zambians to get involved in sports as a way to stay healthy and combat non-communicable diseases.
According to MPOSHA, participating in various sports activities would ensure that the nation has a populace that is both productive and healthy.
He was speaking after starting his round of golf at Chainama Golf Club, where he was taking part in the 2022 Divine Mercy Home golf event.
Additionally, MARTINA CHANGWEREZA, the tournament’s organizer, stated that 156 players will be competing in the event.
The goal, according to CHANGWEREZA, is to gather more than 300,000 kwacha for the construction of a skills center and other facilities to support the society’s most vulnerable members.
