PF to base its campaign message for the 2021 re-election bid on development
Copperbelt PF Provincial Mobilisation Chairman Bowman Lusambo has condemned the UPND for launching violent acts on PF supporters ahead of Thursday’s ward by elections in Lufwanyama.
Speaking on Saturday when he addressed a rally at Kalumbwa High School grounds in St Anthony area in Lufwanyama, Mr Lusambo said politics should be free of violence.
Mr Lusambo who is also Kabushi Member of Parliament has since advised UPND Copperbelt Chairman Elisha Matambo to stop sponsoring his cadres to attack PF supporters in Lufwanyama.
PF cadres were on Saturday seriously injured and rushed to St Joseph mission hospital in Lufwanyama after they were attacked by UPND cadres.PF to base its campaign message for the 2021 re-election bid on development
Those injured include Kenson Mulongoti, 22 who sustained a cut on the right side of his head after he stoned, Jonathan Mwewa, 32 who sustained a painful right knee and general body pains after a plank was used to inflict the injury and Rodson Meleka 45 who sustained multiple cuts on hands had backache and a bleeding nose.
