NKANA football Club have minimal chances of surviving relation after a one draw against ZANACO.

The Kitwe side are now remaining with tough fixtures against top-four-chasing side BUILDCON and NAPSA Stars who are on the verge of getting relegated.

ZANACO cashed in through Baba Basile in the 88th minute but Alex Ng’onga, came to the rescue for NKANA in additional time as they came from a goal down to seal a one all draw at Sunset stadium.

Having shared the spoils, ZANACO are second on 54 points while NKANA are still 15th in the relegation zone on 38 points.

In Kabwe, Prison Leopards stunned Kabwe warriors two nil, as they denied their fellow town dwellers an opportunity to get into the top four.

A Goal from Junior Zulu and spot kick from Francis Zulu realigned Leopard’s stay on the log to 7th on 44 points while Warriors are still 5th on 47 points.

And in Ndola, Police Outfit NKWAZI beat Buildcon two-one at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium to deny the home team a rebound into the top four.

Stephen Mutama and Eric Chomba scored for Nkwazi while Buildcon pulled a goal through a penalty converted by Brian Mwila.

And following the team’s one all draw at Sunset Stadium, NKANA Coach Beston Chambeshi said his side are poised to win the remaining fixtures.

Chambeshi said a draw was a better result for his team against a stubborn ZANACO side.

And ZANACO Assistant Coach Henry Banda said the draw is a positive result and keeps the team in the race for a top four finish.

Banda said his charges will fight to win the remaining fixtures against Prison Leopards and Red Arrows.
