PF Disown Chishimba Kambwili – Video

Chishimba Kambwili

Patriotic Front (PF) Secretary General Hon Davies Mwila says in light of the favourable high court ruling in the case of Chishimba Kambwili, the ruling party will proceed to invite applications to the general public for those wishing to contest the Roan Constituency seat on Zambia’s most attractive ticket; the PF.

And Hon Mwila says the ruling party has officially written to the Speaker of the National Assembly Hon. Dr Patrick Matibini to declare the Roan Constituency seat vacant.

“I want to inform the nation that tomorrow, we will start advertising. All those who want to apply are free to do so and will contest in Roan Constituency on the ruling party ticket,” said the Secretary-General.

Hon Mwila reiterated that the PF was more than ready for the by-election and went on to challenge former Roan Constituency member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili to stop wasting the Court’s time if he was man enough.

“He lost the case and what that means is that we have to go for a by-election in Luanshya’s Roan Constituency. We as a party are ready for the by-election and I want to say that if he (Chishimba Kambwili) is a man enough, he should not appeal. Instead, he should prove his popularity in Roan,” stated Hon Mwila.

Speaking when he addressed the media today at the Patriotic Front Secretariat in Lusaka, the ruling party CEO announced that the next person to be dealt with was embattled Bahati member of Parliament Harry Kalaba.

“So, mwebantu besu. Ndelanda ati ba Kambwili twalibatanfishe nga Central Committee. Batwala Umulandu ku Court, elyo mailo balilusa Umulandu. Icho ichilepilibula ukweba ati, twalakwata ama election ku Roan in Luanshya.

“Elyo kaili, ngabaume bene bene ba Kambwili, bechita appeal iyo! Bafwile ngabaliba popular, tuye mona kulyakwine ku Roan. Lelo ba Kambwili, besanguka Chimbwi iyo. Bafwile bailanga Ubwaume! Bechita appeal iyo.”
