Pictures: Cleo Ice Queen Rocks at The Kwacha Music Awards 2018 Launch Cocktail… It was a lit event with lots of big names in the Zambian Entertainment Industry but the moment Cleo Ice Queen walked in, it was like time froze still (at least for me…).

She was dressed to impress arriving fashionably late at the Chrismar Hotel in Lusaka and still rocked! She did give an amazing Speech as one of the winners of the Kwacha Awards which are this year being sponsored by Sun FM Radio from Ndola.

She was mixing and mingling… Even posed for a picture with B Flow…

Seems she never disappoints in what she wears, clearly setting some major fashion goals!
