Former President Lungu mourns senior citizen John Chola who died aged 108

Former President Edgar Lungu has mourned Reverend John Chola who died aged 108.
President Lungu recently built Rev Chola of Mporokoso a house.

“I learnt of the passing of Rev. John Chola with sadness, although at the age of 108 years, he definitely lived his full life, and we must thank God for having given him such long life. We should celebrate the life that he lived for God and in service to humanity,” he wrote on his page.

“I’m glad that I became part of his later life and was able to contribute something to his wellbeing when I helped to build him a house in Mporokoso District.
Go well true servant of God, yours was a life well lived.”
