As the gassing cases continue to rock Zambia, we all agree that there is a need for extra security in the country. This has seen a heavy presence of soldiers and police on the streets of Zambia.
In the midst of all this chaos, soldiers have taken it in their hands to punish people who are closing their businesses late as seen in the video below. Hungry Lion workers including the manager were punished because they closed their business late.
We are not sure if this is part of the law but it definitely was not a good thing. Watch the video below and tell us what you think…

In Other News – PF Cadre Evans Mulenga appears in court for terrorism
A PF Cadre from Chingola Evans Mulenga has appeared before the Chingola Magistrate facing terrorism charges. Appearing before Chingola Resident Magistrate Peggy Banda was Mulenga 37, of 28 Galilia Off Dominic Momba Road of Lulamba in Chingola.
Particulars of the offence are that Mulenga, on January 15, this year had in possession two bottles containing a combination of chemicals namely chlorocresol, sulphamethoxazole, acetone, clonazepam and chlorpheniramine which are being used in acts of terrorism.
In the first count, Mulenga who is Chingola Constituency Information Publicity Secretary (IPS) for the ruling PF is being charged with the offence of being in possession of articles for terrorism or prefiltration purposes contrary to the Laws of Zambia. Continue Reading
