Turmeric Iced Coffee Latte recipe

This anti-inflammatory iced coffee is spiced with turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. It can be sweetened with your choice sweetener or not sweetened and left as a spiced iced coffee. I prefer Silku0026reg; Coconut Milk Beverage and I like to sweeten it with stevia.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 packets of stevia powder, divided
  • ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Directions / Instructions

Step 1

Pour coconut milk, vanilla extract, and 1 packet of stevia powder into a glass and stir to combine. Fill glass with ice cubes.n

Step 2

Combine water, instant coffee granules, 1 packet of stevia powder, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon in a microwave-safe glass; stir to mix. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until hot and foamy. Carefully pour over the iced coconut milk.n

Cook’s Notes:

Any dairy- or plant-based milk can be used for this recipe.

Substitute 1 shot of espresso for the instant coffee granules if you like a stronger latte.
