Up and coming Zambian superstar, Towela Kaira, has continued to solidify herself in the local music scene by proving that she is definitely a force to be reckoned with! In an Instagram post shared today, 8 December 2020, the singer announced that she has signed with the Danish record label, Nexus Music.
Towela shared a sultry black and white image of herself posing behind a cracked mirror and captioned the post with, “Am glad to announce that am officially under Nexus Music. This couldn’t have come at a better time! Am grateful for the opportunity. Let’s work!! Am now accepting birthday gifts.”
Nexus Music has become one of Denmark’s most famous and best-selling production and record companies, and has expanded its offering to include international artists. The Lusaka-based singer hopefully has been given an international stepping stone and is well on the way to flying the Zambian flag high.
Towela Kaira is a Zambian female musician who sings Zambian soul, hip hop and R&B. Her single Delay featuring Chef 187 and Macky 2 is what put her on the map, making her known as one to watch. Her spunky style and signature buzz-cut hairstyle has also garnered her some attention as her fashion flair is often mimicked by many of her fans.
Whilst the singer is content with the fact that she has just scored a MAJOR record deal, she is still committed to putting in that extra work to earn some extra coin this festive season. In an Instagram post on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, Towela informed the public that she is open for bookings.
The musician is now available for events, performances, features, promotional videos, music reviews, adverts and brand influencing. Many of her fans encouraged her hustle and are exciting to see her WERKING this holiday.
