UPND leader HH given an ultimatum

Patriotic Front PF Member of the Central Committee Kebby Mbewe has given United Party for National Development -UPND- leader Hakainde Hichilema a 7 day ultimatum to apologise or risk being reported to Police over the alleged insults directed at President Edgar Lungu at a rally in Pemba.

Mr. Mbewe said the UPND Leader would have taken advantage of the days past after he announced that he would report him to police but instead Mr. Hichilema went on radio to justify a wrong.

He said the people of Zambia have been misled by the statements flowing on social media and other mediums trying to justify Mr. Hichilema’s words as not being insults.

Speaking on Byta FM’s Hot Potato radio programme, Mr. Mbewe disclosed that that word that is flying all over is not what he wants to report to police but rather the insult which was said in Ila Language.
