Easy Pose: Sukhasana
It gently stretches the hips, knees and ankles. Strengthens the back and improves posture.
Start by breathing deep into your tummy through your nose. For 5counts. Clear your mind and prepare for 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️ YOGA😘
Balancing Table:
Strengthens lower back, legs and Core.improves balance and concentration.
One legged King Pigeon with Forward fold: Eka Pada Rajakapotasana II
Deeply stretches and improves flexibility in your hips. Stretches thighs, groin muscles and lower back. Relaxes and calms the mind
Downward Dog: Adho Mukha Svanasana
Deeply stretches back, neck, shoulders, Hamstrings, calf muscles and Achilles’ tendons.
Strengthens the entire Upper body
Good pose to rest in after challenging poses.
Three legged Downward Dog: Tri Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana I.
Just like before (in downward facing Dog) the benefits are the same. Only The stretch is deeper.
Tree Pose: Vrksasana I
Strengthens the calves,ankles and thighs
Increases flexibility in the knees, shoulders and hips
Improves balance and aids concentration.
Cobra: Bhujangasana
Stretches out your thorax, abdomen, shoulders and neck.
Low Lunge:
Opens up your hips, stretches out your back and strengthens your abdomen..
Halasana: plough pose
Stretches out the whole spinal cord and shoulders.
