There is nothing as exciting as pulling up at an event hosted by our favourite celebs. But did you know how much it really costs to book them for an event? Time and time again, various celebs have set tongues wagging with their charging fees, but this list will give you a run for your money- Literally!
We have put together a list of the Zalebs with the most expensive charging fees, and why we still love them anyway.
Of course, at the top of the list is Black Coffee who is one of the most renowned deejays all over the world. Being a household name it is no wonder that he charges a whopping $100k for him to play at a gig. That is a whole R1.6 Million and he is very unapologetic about it.
Back when Somizi and Mohale were taking their vows, Somizi had revealed that they had wanted so badly for Black Coffee to play at their wedding but they just couldn’t afford the $100k. So think about it, if Somizi himself could not afford it, can you?
Next up is the Siyathandana hitmaker who is always setting the internet ablaze with his lavish and opulent lifestyle. To book Cassper for an event, all you’ve got to do is pay up a sum of R207k and get to enjoy his awesome music.
Supa Mega, as he is affectionately referred to, is one of Mzansi’s top performers and rappers. He is always attracting one heck of a crowd at his events because of his great and authentic music that we all just love to see.
The Hello Naw hitmaker is one of Mzansi’s favourite Zalebs and for good reason. Having started at an early age, Nasty C has made quite the name for himself in the industry and we can all agree that there is no missing a Nasty C concert.
The ever yellow and bubbly John Cena hitmaker also makes it on the list as one of the most expensive Zalebs to book for a gig. Charging up to R100k our Tsonga princess continues to make big strides in as far as her music career is concerned.
Bet you didn’t think this rapper would make the list, especially with how claims of him being broke have been making rounds all over the internet. Well, whether you believe it or not, turns out Kwesta charges R85K for a gig.
Lastly, yet another zalebs who is not as cheap as you thought is multi-award-winning rapper Rikhado ‘Riky Rick’ Makhado who charges R80k for a gig. Other than making waves for his celebrated career, he continues to make headlines for his opinions on everyday topical issues.
