Buhle Sangweni, who is child star and music producer Bongani Fassie’s partner, has exposed him for alleged abuse and vandalism. At the weekend, Buhle took to social media to share a video of her ransacked apartment with broken glasses and destroyed furniture. She also shared a video of her bruised face and leg. In the video, she said that Bongani — who is the son of late music icon Brenda Fassie — was responsible for her damaged valuables and messy apartment.

“This is my house. He literally broke everything. Everything is broken. This is what Bongani Fassie did,” she said.
According to Zimoja, Buhle also said that she is tired of being abused.

“I don’t tolerate abusive n**gas and today, I am going to speak up. I am tired of being hit all the time,” she was quoted as saying.

In addition, Buhle shared pictures of her bruised leg and face on social media through Maphephandaba.

Speaking to Zimoja, Bongani said that he was not okay and had gone to the hospital and police station.

“I just came from collecting statements and medical documents from the hospital. I have not as yet gone to the police station. I am not okay. I will be able to peak later. I am still really not okay,” he says.

Bongani and Buhle have been together for 15 years and have children together. According to Buhle, they are customarily married.

STABBING ALLEGATIONS
Last year, City Press reported that the shooting of season two of Bongani’s reality TV show Finding Bongani almost did not happen after allegations of assault rocked their marriage in late 2021.

According to production crew members, the couple was involved in a domestic dispute that led to the alleged stabbing of Bongani in December.

“Those two are always fighting, as you might have seen on the first season of the show. They are always at each other’s throats, and it is toxic what they have going. They had a fight in December and Buhle stabbed Bongani,” one source revealed at the time.

“They are going through a very rough patch. This will affect the show in the long run if they decide to break up for good after filming season 2. We fear that they might announce their break-up after filming and then we can’t even broadcast the season after that.
