The municipality is advancing steadily with initiatives funded by the 2022 Constituency Development Funds, according to Kasama Mayor THERESA Kolala.
Most of the capital projects funded by CDF are finished, according to Ms. KOLALA, and are awaiting commissioning.
According to her, if the initiatives in 2022 are successful, the 2023 CDF will be directed toward finishing up projects that date back as far as 2016.
In order to prioritize unfinished projects, Ms. KOLALA has advised the council members to collaborate closely with the ward development committees.
During today’s whole council meeting in Kasama, MS. KOLALA spoke.
