According to the government, students who have received skill development education sponsorship under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) will work on building Chiefs Palaces all throughout the nation.
According to Local Government Permanent Secretary MAAMBO HAAMAUNDU, the government aims to empower youth so they may take part in the growth of their communities.
According to Mr. HAAMAUNDU, this will give residents in those communities opportunity.
According to Mr. HAAMAUNDU, the government has invested over 4 billion Kwacha in skill development for payments in 2022.
According to Mr. HAAMAUNDU, 29,916 young people from 130 constituencies benefited from the skills development fund.
