In Lusaka’s Gripisi Compound in Meanwood, a 4-year-old kid who consumed nshima from a neighbor’s home was burned on her palms by her aunt.
Additionally, GODFREY CHILABI, an assistant police public relations officer, has confirmed that the 35-year-old suspect has been taken into custody.
According to Mr. Chilabi, the girl was imprisoned within the residence before being abused.
According to what he told ZNBC News, the girl was allegedly attacked with a hot spoon.
When the victim arrived home on Friday, December 2, around 20 hours later, the incident took place.
The girl has since been relocated to a safe house, according to Mr. Chilabi, while her aunt is being held by the police.
