The 2023 Constituency Development Fund will be used by the Chipangali constituency to spend two million Kwacha on school desk purchases.
According to Andrew Lubusha, a member of parliament for Chipangali, the district abides with President Hakainde Hichilema’s order that no student should sit on the floor while studying.
According to Mr. Lubusha, the Constituency Development Fund committee is aware of the desk shortage that several schools in the district are experiencing.
When he appeared on a special CDF show sponsored by the town council of Chipangali on Radio Maria in Chipata, Mr. Lubusha made this statement.
