According to Commissioner Chairman PETER MACHUNGWA, the absence of promotions for long-serving officers and insufficient and dilapidated infrastructure are some of the major problems facing the agency.
According to Dr. MACHUNGWA, the Commission has already begun addressing several issues.
He made this statement in Lusaka during a press conference on the state of the Zambian police service after finishing a tour of police stations, immigration stations, and other facilities across the country.
