Committee Organizing Nc’wala Ceremony Scouts For K750,000

To properly hold the ceremony this year, the Nc’wala Ceremony organizing team is looking for around 750 thousand kwacha.

Since then, the Committee has begun hosting fundraising events across the nation.

Eastern Province Minister PETER PHIRI said the government will continue to encourage traditional rituals to promote cultural heritage while speaking at the Nc’wala ceremonial gala supper in Chipata yesterday night.

Additionally, chief MNUKWA of the Ngoni people, who spoke on behalf of Paramount Chief MPEZENI, urged Zambians to use rituals to strengthen their cultural values.

The occasion will be commemorated under the theme 40- 40 for love, peace, and unity, according to JOSHUA JERE, chair of the main organizing committee for the Nc’wala ceremony.
