On Thursday, March 9, 2023, a stray dog terrorized some residents of the Mtendere compound in Lusaka. The dog has been slain by police.
Danny Mwale, the deputy spokesperson for the police, verified it in a statement provided to ZNBC news.
According to Mr. MWALE, the dog that bit 17 persons in the span of three hours was discovered today at about 8:00 in the PHI neighborhood, close to the Mtendere property.
