GODFREY PHIRI, of the Kalundu neighborhood in Lusaka, has been formally charged by police with two counts of murder.
This relates to the horrifying murder of BERNARD CHOMBA and his wife CHILESHE at their home in the Kasupe neighborhood.
Police have finished their investigations into the matter, according to police deputy spokesperson DANNY MWALE, who spoke to ZNBC News.
According to Mr. MWALE, the suspect who served as the couple’s gardener is scheduled to show up in court soon.
