The North Western Province will receive 50 million Euros, or around 1 billion Kwacha, from the European Union to help with health and other social issues.
The program focuses on teenagers and the development of early childhood education.
The team is in the Northwestern Province, according to Team Leader and Social Sector and Governance Councilor BOGDAN STEFANESCU, to find new projects to help.
When Mr. STEFANESCU addressed the provincial government, he was already speaking.
Additionally, Northwestern Province Permanent Secretary GRANDSON KATAMBI gave the EU assurances that the government would make sure that the money were being used in a credible manner.
According to Colonel KATAMBI, the government values connections like these that aim to enhance community health.
