Farmers in Kalulushi want quicker input distribution

399

Farmers in the Kalulushi District have requested that the government expand the number of employees responsible for delivering agricultural supplies.

They have told Kalulushi District Commissioner KELLY JIBINGA that there aren’t enough officials dispersing inputs, which is clogging up the distribution center.

And Mr. JIBINGA gave the farmers his word that he would contact the appropriate police to deal with the issue.

He expressed his satisfaction that the farming inputs were in the district and will be provided to all eligible farmers.

When Mr. JIBINGA examined the distribution of agricultural inputs in his district, he made this statement.

Meanwhile, DAVIES KABOBOTA, the district agriculture development office, told the farmers not to fear because they would receive their inputs by this week’s Friday.
