In order to maintain efficient service delivery and data security, the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) said it is modernizing its electronic system.
The e-system update, according to NHIMA Public Relations Officer CHANDA KALUBA, began on Saturday and is in keeping with the scheme’s objective to continually demonstrate commitment to citizens by providing them with a better operating system.
After the e-system is upgraded, according to Mr. Kaluba, customers will benefit from quick service, more functionality, and a better user experience.
Mr. KALUBA stated that there may not be many difficulties with the upgrading in an interview with ZNBC News.
