In connection with the unauthorized land distribution in the Chongwe district’s Kampasa region, four people have been detained.
This came about after authorities stormed the Kampasa neighborhood and tore down structures that were erected illegally on Galaunia Holdings property.
The four individuals have been detained, according to Police Deputy Spokesman DANNY MWALE, who also noted that the landowner has filed many notifications about the situation since 2012.
While the owners sought to refuse to leave the land, violence broke out after the structures were demolished.
