The 2022–2023 Futsal league champions are Automotive Futsal Academy.
This comes after the squad finished first with 58 points after 22 games, while Kitwe Bullets finished in second place with 51 points.
The third and fourth places were finished by the Kafue Saints and Green Buffaloes, respectively.
The manager of the futsal league, TARAK MEHTA, called the recently concluded season successful and competitive.
In an interview with ZNBC news, MEHTA stated that some players would be chosen to compete for the Futsal Africa Cup qualifying team.
He claimed that while the top two teams from the lower division will join the premier league, the bottom two teams, Monze George and BS Sports, have been demoted to the lower level.
Next season, the same strategy will be used with only minimal modifications, according to MEHTA.
