According to UPND Spokesperson CORNELIUS MWEETWA, the administration is adamant about giving farmers access to inexpensive fertilizer.
According to Mr. MWEETWA, United Capital Fertilizer and Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia-NCZ will produce Compound D fertilizer this year, thus the government won’t be importing it.
According to him, NCZ has produced 10,000 metric tonnes of fertilizer while United Capital Fertilizer has already set aside its allotment.
When he appeared on ZNBC’s Sunday Interview last night, Mr. MWEETWA was speaking.
