The NDOLA MUFULIRA ROAD is in such bad shape, according to the government, that it is costing it a significant amount of money.
The NDOLA MUFULIRA ROAD restoration projects, according to Minister of Infrastructure, Housing, and Urban Development CHARLES MILUPI, will be handled as an emergency.
Since then, Mr. MILUPI has instructed the Road Development Agency—RDA—to assist ZNS in beginning emergency work on the road so that it may be used by international vehicles entering the DRC.
He was speaking as he toured the route alongside his transport counterpart, FRANK TAYALI, the Copperbelt minister, ELISHA MATAMBO, and other RDA representatives.
