The administration has prioritized creating a solid legal framework that allows the rule of law, peace, and justice to flourish, according to Attorney General MULILO KABESHA.
According to Mr. KABESHA, this is the reason why measures have been taken to improve access to justice as a necessary component for the nation to experience social economic progress.
He announced this in Lusaka at the graduation ceremony for the postgraduate diploma in legislative drafting program at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE).
The legislative drafting course offers a special opportunity to legal professionals interested in the processes of policy and lawmaking, according to ZIALE Director ANN ONONUJU.
This was said by Ms. ONONUJU in a speech that the Council Secretary LEAH NGULUBE read on her behalf.
Speaking at the same event, DORIS MWINGA, the chairperson of the board of examiners, claimed that 69 students from the 2022 intake had graduated with the ability to design laws to grow and control the country.
