NOEL NKOMA, the board chair of the Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ), claims that President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has shown regional balance in his selections.
According to Mr. NKOMA, the President has consistently advocated for nation-building and healing.
Also, he has denied accusations that he backed individuals who claimed that the New Dawn Administration made tribal nominations.
According to Mr. NKOMA, any assertion that he made about tribe appointments should be taken as sheer malice meant to diminish him and his reputation.
Mr. NKOMA declared in a statement to ZNBC News that as a senior UPND Member, he CANNOT take part in dismantling the organization he helped build.
