Government will make sure that all Zambians obtain health care, according to SYLVIA MASEBO, the minister of health.
The National Community Health and Adolescent Health Strategies for 2022 to 2026 were introduced by Ms. MASEBO when she was speaking.
It is anticipated that the two documents, which were created in conjunction with industry partners in the health sector, will aid in the nation’s achievement of universal health coverage by 2030.
Additionally, SUSANNA HUGHES, head of the development corporation at the Swedish Embassy, stated that cooperating partners should engage in adolescent health since it is morally appropriate and financially beneficial.
While speaking on behalf of the civil society, Churches Health Association of Zambia CHAZ Executive Director KAREN SICHINGA praised the government’s efforts to enhance the health and wellbeing of its constituents.
