Patrick Mucheleka, Permanent Secretary for Special Duties at the Cabinet Office, has urged heads of agencies to inform the public about government plans.
HoDs should provide services to the public, according to Mr. Mucheleka, who claims that they are front-line service providers.
He was talking to HoDs in Mpika at the time.
And Matthews Chilekwa, the deputy permanent secretary for Muchinga Province, stated that the government wants to see a civil service free from political influence.
Mpika District Agriculture Co-ordinator -DACO Justine Ngosa revealed that the district successfully distributed all of the inputs for the 2022 planting season.
