Basketball team Munali Suns seeks to win the National Championships in order to advance to the Basketball Africa league.
By winning the Championship and earning a spot in the continental competition, Munali Suns hopes to make history, according to club chairman CONARD MUSONDA.
According to MUSONDA, the club, which has only been around for a short while, will play in its third final after losing the club’s first two, which prevented them from earning a spot in the African league.
Despite stating that the Matero Warriors are the defending champions, he underlined that the team has great players who can contend for the championship.
On March 4th, 2023, the National Championship finals will take place.
