SYLVESTER MWILA, the 11-time Mr. Zambia bodybuilding champion from Zambia, says he has his sights set on capturing the title for a 12th time.
MWILA claims that with continued practice, he is in excellent form.
He claims that all of his accomplishments have been made possible by his perseverance and hard work.
MWILA adds that with so many young athletes taking up body building, the sport’s future in the nation appears bright.
In 2023, the bodybuilder plans to resume participating on the international stage, according to ZNBC news.
