The local government in Kalulushi has begun carrying out several CDF projects, ranging from road maintenance to the building of extra classrooms in schools in different wards.
Councilor for the Ngweshi ward Ken Kapempe told ZANIS in an interview that the drainage systems in the region would also be improved.
Residents have also praised the government for continuously distributing CDF monies to upgrade public infrastructure.
Frank Mumba, a citizen of Saint Marceline, has urged the government to use CDF to build a police station and additional schools.
