Community members are urged to assist young people at Katombora Reformatory School by MOSES ZULU, Regional Commander for the Southern Province of the Zambia Correctional Service.
The juveniles are marginalized, labeled, and treated as misfits by some elements of society, according to Mr. ZULU, which is depressing.
When the Airpower ladies, accompanied by their patron, the wife of the commander of the Zambian Air Force (ZAF), SHAMINE BARRY, visited the juvenile facility, the Senior Assistant Commissioner was giving a speech at the reformatory school.
And Mrs. BARRY added that the group made the choice to engage the youths in order to reassure them of love and support throughout their reformation journey at the institution.
