A 36-YEAR-OLD Lusaka lady passed away after allegedly being beaten by two of her ex-boyfriends.
The two suspects are thought to be on the run, thus a manhunt has been started for them.
The report was submitted by the woman’s employer, Kuku Farms Obama, Lusaka, according to police assistant public relations officer Godfrey Chilabi, to the effect that her maid Yvonne Kabwe died at the health facility after she was allegedly battered and injured Derrick and Kebby other identities unknown.
“The two were reported to be former boyfriends to the deceased,” he said.
According to Mr. Chilabi, Ms. Kabwe experienced pains throughout her body as well as a swollen right cheek.
He claimed that unidentified objects were utilized in the act.
According to Mr. Chilabi’s preliminary findings, Mr. Kabwe informed her employer that day that she wasn’t feeling well without going into any further specifics.
He claimed that the employer learned later that her maid had reportedly been beaten.
The body is in the University Teaching Hospitals mortuary awaiting postmortem,” he said.
