Uncle Waffles is over the moon as her hit song, Tanzania features in Renaissance movie. Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé is a 2023 American documentary concert film written, directed, and produced by singer Beyoncé. The film chronicles the development and execution of the Renaissance World Tour, Beyoncé’s 2023 stadium tour in support of her seventh studio album Renaissance (2022The South African-based DJ jumped in excitement while watching the movie.

She shared the video and wrote a note of appreciation to the international star. Damn, thank you so much @beyonce,” she wrote. Waffles said the feature left her emotional as it made her cry.

“I didn’t think i’d cry but to have my song be featured in Renaissance movie and tour. Having B’s team reach out to let me know. To have my idol since I was 5 recognising me in anyway, God,” she added.

Late well-known award-winning South African musician Bulelwa “Zahara” Mkuthukana’s body, is being transported home to the Eastern Cape on Saturday.
