In order to defend his 200-meter race championship at the 2023 All Africa Games, which are scheduled to take place in Ghana, sprinter Sydney Siame says he is working to restore his form.
In the men’s 200-meter race at the All Africa Games in 2019, SIAME took home gold.
SIAME told ZNBC Sports News that defending his title will be the biggest comeback on the scene after having a lackluster year in which he failed to impress and win a medal at the international level.
SIAME acknowledged that since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, he has not had outstanding seasons, but he is attempting to restore his reputation as Zambia’s best male athlete.
