To find people smuggling mealie meal into nearby nations, the Zambian Air Force intends to conduct aerial surveillance.
Officers are aware that smugglers have discovered alternate routes away from the official boundaries to transport the mealie meal, according to ZAF Commander Lieutenant General COLIN BARRY.
ZAF will collaborate with other law enforcement organizations to solve the issue, according to General BARRY.
When a group of defense officials and Copperbelt Minister ELISHA MATAMBO inspected impounded trucks in the Kasumbalesa area, he made this statement.
Additionally, ZNS commander MALITI SOLOCHI stated that there is sufficient maize on hand to make mealie meal.
