The inaugural Under 17 Basketball Africa Cup, which will take place in Egypt next month, will feature three Southern African nations, including Zambia.
According to RODRICK NJOVU, general secretary of the Zambia Basketball Association, Zambia has qualified for the inaugural U-17 three-on-three Africa Cup, which takes place from December 1–3.
Additionally, according to NJOVU, four-player male and female teams will each represent the nation.
In an interview with ZNBC Sports News, he stated that the Association’s goal is to win the championship in the competition, which has attracted ten African nations.
As the teams get ready to travel to Egypt this week, NJOVU reported that preparations have intensified.
