Burna Boy pays tribute to Kiernan AKA Forbes who was killed on the 10th of February. Kiernan’s death left many devastated and shocked including the Nigerian star who was beefing him.
In 2020, the two musicians who were once friends turned enemies due to the xenophobic crises in SA.
However, AKA before he died declared that he is done beefing or fighting the Grammy-award-winning star. The late star also revealed that he is a huge fan of Burna’s music.
Following days after the rapper’s passing, Burna Boy previewed a song that is a tribute to AKA.
African Giant says he isn’t close to the rapper anymore but he doesn’t desire for him to get killed.
Burna wishes that those who assassinated Kiernan will get caught.
“WTF is all of that about/I just heard he died, seen that video at that restaurant/ Took me out of a positive mood/ Took me back to that day when you saw my gun and you said I was wild/ Then I told you you should have one too/ Cuz it weren’t like niggaz wasn’t dying but I thought you knew/ And I ain’t really fuck wit you/ But I didn’t want you dead, it was like that with me and you/ Wicked!”
